The spares order form is straight forward to use. Please note that multiple spares can be ordered on the same form

Start at the top of the form and work down selecting the options you require.

Click in the option square to select the option. Then click in the quantity box and type the number you require

If you require replacement chips please select the square, click and add the quantity then select the pay value from the drop down list. If you require a second pay value then repeat on the next option line for the second pay value.

If you require spare chips OR spare LED displays then we need to know a little more about your machine. The serial number is in the inside of the machine. If not when did you receive the machine. If you do not know this then in the notes please tell us if the display shows 4 dashes ie. - - - - or does it scroll messages. Finally, there will be a label on the chip which is currently fitted. What is written on the label

The reason we require this information is that after a certain date the original LED display became obsolete and we changed to the replacement version which operates slightly differently.

If you require locks then add which as notes. If you require replacement keys then we need as much information, including machine serial as you can supply.

Finally add all your contact details.
